This bar gained national notoriety when the landlord became the first to be fined for not enforcing the smoking ban back in 2007. Given it's unusual shape, I can only guess that it used to be a cinema or theatre?

I've not had as much time to paint recently and rather wished I'd chosen a simplier subject. I got the reference photo from David Shillinglaw's FB page. I love his work.
